Sharing his knowledge and experience at the meeting, Kılıç Nakliyat Chairman of the Board Ayhan Kılıç said, "We need institutions that can represent our region, be the voice of our region, raise it higher and voice the problems of the region. This is where NGOs come into play. You want to be useful to our region in this sense. It should be beneficial to your members and you should be a loud voice in conveying the troubles of the region to the administrators," he said. Speaking about the coup attempt on July 15, Kılıç said, "Those whose crimes are finalized as a result of the treacherous attack on our country should be made to work in mines and quarries. Chairman of the Board of Esas Kimya, Sabahattin Işık, expressed his satisfaction at the meeting that young people take part in such activities.

Speaking during the visits, Gebze Young Industrialists and Businessmen Association (GENÇSİAD) President A. Lokman Kılıç said, "Gebze is almost the locomotive of the country and an industrial city. Gebze welcomes a large part of the country's industry. Gebze is a place that has a great contribution to the country's economy. Today, we look at it as a non-governmental organization. We see that there is a problem with non-governmental organizations. In my opinion, non-governmental organizations are one of the sine qua non of a society and a country. Thankfully, there are non-governmental organizations in our country, but we need institutions that can represent our region, be useful, be the voice of our region, raise it higher and voice the problems of the region. This is where it comes in. In this sense, we are trying to be beneficial to our region, to be beneficial to both our members and the people of the region," he said.
